24/7 recording

I recently purchased and installed a google nest camera with floodlight.  It said in order to get 24/7 recording I needed to sign up for a nest aware plus subscription, which I did.  But I still don't have 24/7 recording history.  Just event history.  What do i need to do to get 24/7 recording?

Do you have power turned on to your floodlight camera at all times, so that it is "Live" at all times?

Is your subscription set up for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your camera is set up?

If you go to your camera in the Google Home app, and select Settings | Video | Video history, is "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history" checked?
