I had to reset my camera as it wasn't connecting to the solar panel. Now it just flashes blue and won't connect to anything or my app won't see it at all.
I have pressed the reset button on the back for 30s and waited for it to restart and still nothing.

I don't know if this will work for you. But I couldn't reset 2 of my cameras that were charging in my desktop USB port. When I used a wall outlet charging block instead of the computer USB port, they both reset and I was able to add them to my Home app. Just a thought.
