3 cameras will not charge

one after the other the 3 cameras do not charge up can you help please

Thank you for reaching out to the community. We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Nest cameras.

 

We understand that your cameras are having trouble holding the charge and is not even charging. Don't worry, we're here to help!

 

To better assist you, please provide the following information:

  • What color is the LED light currently? (e.g., blue, white, green)
  • Is the camera currently connected to your account?
  • When and where did you purchase these cameras?
  • Have they worked correctly in the past?

 

In the meantime, you may want to try Factory resetting your Nest camera,  waiting for it to fully charge, and then checking if the issue persists.

 

Once we have this information, we'll guide you through the appropriate steps to get your devices working as expected.
