4 Google cameras battery lost wifi connection and won't re connect

I am having major issues and have spent so many hours trying to get my cameras back online and have just been utterly disappointed.  Anyone else having the same issues as myself??

  • When did it start happening?
  • Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
  • What error message are you getting?
  • How far are the cameras from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
  • Do other devices experience slow internet speeds?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Archie,

 

Google has opened a case for me and I have literally tried everything they have asked and have taken so long to get back to me now.  Nothing changed they just all of a sudden lost connection and will not re connect.  I have tried rebooting the router, trying to connect to a new home, so many things that i cannot even type tonight.  these cameras are less than a year old and have never lost the connection since the day I installed them and now I have had no camera security for more than two weeks and it is just not OK.  It is weird that they all went out at the same time also and none of them will re connect.  Hopelessly not optimistic!!!!
