Camera wont download updates

Nest outdoor floodlight camera will not download updates, stays on zero, when reseting the camera wil go through the motion green light comes on but downloading update stays on zero. Had same issues with doorbell. All other cameras on account are fine

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. I've restarted, factory resets, add to new home still won't download updates.  I have 4 other nest cameras work fine.  Nest outdoor floodlight and battery doorbell (newer version) are the only ones having issues

Have you tried to restart your Wi-Fi router and then factory reset the devices? I would also try to uninstall the app and redownload it.

Yes, I've reset router,  reset devices,  also unjustly home app and reinstalled

Are you trying to update your device to a certain update? Or is your device not updating at all? I am wondering if it would be best for you to fill out this form and a higher tier of support will reach out to you.
