Account disappeared

My cameras disappeared off my account. When I Cavan them it says they are linked to another account. I am so frustrated!!!!

Other customer have reported this, but it usually turns out that they have simply logged onto the Google Home app or Google Nest app with the wrong Google Account.

It looks like you’re signed into another account or viewing a different home structure with no devices in it. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: could you double check that you're signed in with the right email address? When was the last time you accessed your cameras? Also, do you have multiple home structures?
