Activate google nest door ring camera

We have recently purchased a new home and the home has a google nest camera installed. How can we activate it if we’re not able to access the QR code or serial number as it is attached to the home and difficult to remove.

Hi @Cinnamonslim 

Unfortunately you’ll need the QR code or setup key which are physically printed on the device. I'd recommend writing down the setup key, so you have it should you need it again in the future.

If the previous homeowner hasn't reset it, you'll first need to factory reset it to be able to set it up.
