I have a new router and modem and cameras won’t connect. No problem with prior router and modem. I’ve deleted cameras and added back per website instructions. No success.

Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi settings. That's why their first recommendation when getting a new router/modem is to set the network name (SSID) and password on the new router/modem to the same values used on the old router/modem.
If you can't do that, then the basic process is to remove your Google Nest devices from the Google Nest app or Google Home app (as appropriate) while still on the old Wi-Fi network, factory reset them, and then reinstall them.
