Nest Cam wired second generation won't connect to new house

I used my camera at my previous apartment and it was working perfectly fine. I moved and am now trying to set up my Google light bulbs and camera, but nothing is working. 
I have deleted my previous home in Google Home app and reinstalling everything from scratch. Even reinstalled Google Home App.

The camera is not being detected during setup. When plugged-in, a white light turns on and then fades away. I read it was supposed to turn blue and make a sound upon plugging... Doesn't do that.

 

What to do?

I found the reset button and reset the camera. now it works
