Nest Doorbell -video not available check back later

I have  an issue in my history with my nest outdoor camera where it shows activity but the video just says "this video isn't available yet.  Check back later" - needless to say later never happens! 

It's kind of defeating the point of having history on the doorbell.

• When did the issue start?
• Do you have a subscription? If so,
• What kind of subscription do you have? Certain Nest camera features require a subscription, so clarifying this helps determine if the situation is related to the subscription.
• Have you tried restarting the camera or checking your Wi-Fi connection?
