Outdoor cam will not turn on

One of my outdoor nest cams will not turn on. I did a factory reset, went through all the steps on the app to add a new device, the green light was on until the last step where it said getting your camera ready and the white light came on And then it said camera is ready. The camera is off and will not turn on. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Google Nest does not seem to list a white status light for the Google Nest Outdoor Camera (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9268073?hl=en&sjid=13915562206920959128-NA#zippy=%2Cgoo...), so I don't know what that means.

Is it possible you're not getting consistent power? If it were ours, I'd be tempted to unplug and reconnect the power adapter several times, just in case there's a little corrosion that is affecting the power.

Sometimes the cameras are just a bit flakey. The GFCI in our garage tripped a few days ago due to a bit of moisture in an outdoor outlet during a rainstorm, and I had to unplug and plug back in one of our outdoor cameras several times before it came back online.
