The small popout pin on the rear top that is used for mounting will not release and popout again. I cannot remount the doorbell. I've tried using the tool, several small screwdrivers, a paperclip, all to no avail. How can I get the pin to pop back out? This is only the second time I've charged it, and that little pin is making the product unusable. I can't find a solution on youtube or google searches. Please help!
