All of my nest devices are offline after a thunderstorm. Days later they have not come back. I'm not in the state where the house is at so I can't physically restart them. How can I get them back online? I worry about the humidity getting too high in the house

Hi Wilsonpmn,
I'm sorry that you have to go through this. We'll have a better look. You must be at the location your Nest devices are installed to perform a troubleshooting or have someone check it for you.
A few questions:
Looking forward for your response.

Hi there,
Got it. May I know when are you available for troubleshooting or could you ask someone to do it for you?
Try restarting your Nest devices, for your guide please check these articles: Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell and Restart or reset a Nest thermostat.
Thanks,
JT

Yes I still need help. All of my nest devices made offline after a month. The power is back on and my non nest devices are back online. I'm highly disappointed that my nest devices are not online. This happened earlier this year whencwe went to Europe. I need them to be reliable.

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to Restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

We are on our way home now. Should be there in 4 days and can restart the camera then. How to restart the doorbell?
