- When did the trouble first occur?
- Are you signed into the app?
- What mobile device are you using an Android or IOS?
- Is the device detecting events?
- Did you receive any push or email notifications?
- Have you checked their spam folder?
- Has anything changed in your environment?
- Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?
- Did you try to use a different mobile device?
- Is this issue constant or intermittent?
