I’ve had nest Yale lock and 2nd gen google nest battery cameras for several months. All of a sudden 3 days ago they stopped working. Won’t connect to internet or in the Google-fu home app on my iPhone. SmartThings connected devices such as lights still work in the google home app. Tried deleting and adding devices back and it I get stuck in “searching for assisting device.”

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
