Can you provide some specifics on what's not working? Is this also happening on the home.google.com website? Do you have a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription?
If you would rather talk to Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you for posting here in the community. @MplsCustomer, I really appreciate the assistance. I´m really sorry that you can´t access your recorded history. This could be frustrating, especially if you need to have all videos recorded of your nest. Help´s here.
I just want to confirm, @vcoburnsmart, what type of Nest device do you need to check video history, and did you subscribe to a Nest Aware to check video history?
@JSHams, depending on the model of your device, please follow those articles to check Video History in the Nest App and Video History on the Google Home App. There are a few options to check and steps on how to see video history.
