I have a nest outdoor camera that I haven’t used for a while. I decided to move it to a new location in my house but when I try to add the camera using the QR code it says the camera is connected to another account, even though I’m the only person who set it up the first time.
I believe when I tried setting it up the last time it didn’t work either so I deleted the camera on my account. Now it won’t show up in my account because it says it’s connected to another account. How can I correct this. ?

I am having this exact same issue with a camera and my doorbell. My thermostat and other cameras work fine 🤯

So I don't know if this will help you guys out but here goes... More than likely you actually did have this camera connected to a different account meaning you used a different email address for login and password. And if it was long enough ago you may have logged into what they call your NEST account and not the current GOOGLE account. Here is a link that might help explain it....

Both my camera and the doorbell have been disconnected for over a year. They were tied to my nest beta test account which I no longer have the link to. Suggestions?? It’s been far beyond the 60 days stated in the kb you sent.

I think your best bet at this point is to open an official support ticket. Once you answer the questions you will be able to speak with an actual Google tech person by chat or phone. Here is the link:
