Hi Jeff,
My Nest doorbell has always worked fine except for voice communications.
I tried using several different Pixel phones and several Surface computers under MS Edge and Firefox.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the application.
I checked that app and Internet browsers had access to the microphone.
I called Google who exchanged my Nest doorbell for a new model.
the outcome was a talkie walkie mode working OK from a computer accessing Nest over Internet via Firefox.
I then installed android 12 on my Pixel phone and - miracle - sound works in seamless mode.
I still have no menu entries in Nest or Home to adjust the microphone sensitivity but I do not care, my doorbell WORKS even if I dont know why.
If you know why, let me know...
