Away feature not working

All of a sudden my nest away feature stopped working. Why?

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? Is the Home/Away Assist setting set to always? Is your phone location turned on? Also, what’s the make and model of your phone?

Have a Apple 6S iPhone. This feature had been working flawlessly and then it wasn’t. I did nothing it just stopped.

I sent an email to your last response saying no, it’s not working still. And everything is as it should be on my phone. If Icould actually speak to someone that would be a great help.

Not having any luck trying to respond to you. Email listed on YOUR email is bogus.

Yep. It’s a quagmire trying to get a message or a reply to anyone so i think my last response should make it.

Hey Jeffra,

 

We understand. Could you try turning off and on your Home/Away Assist settings and your phone's location? Once done, restart your camera by unplugging it from the power outlet and let us know how it goes.
