You may try turning off the audio recording setting from the Google Home app. When this is off, events in your video history will include everything your device's microphone hears, and the voice of whoever is speaking to a visitor during a talk and listen event.
Give these steps a try:
Open your Google Home app> select your Nest Camera.
Go to settings> audio> turn off or on the audio recording.
