Bad Floodlight Bulb?

  • I have a wired floodlight cam. The camera itself is online and visible. The app states the floodlight is off, however 1 of the 2 bulbs is ON. I have reset the unit twice and still the 1 bulb remains on. Could it be the bulb? I’m unable to get on a ladder, the light is 20ft up. Only 4 months old. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.
