Hi DarkDresden89,
There could be a few reasons why your Nest Doorbell battery is not charging. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the charging port
Make sure there is no debris or dust in the charging port of your Nest Doorbell. Use a soft-bristled brush or compressed air to clean it out.
Check the charging cable
Make sure the charging cable is properly connected to the Nest Doorbell and the charging block. Try using a different charging cable to see if the issue is with the cable.
Check the charging block
Try using a different charging block or plugging the charging block into a different outlet to see if the issue is with the charging block or the outlet.
Check the battery
If you've tried all the above steps and your Nest Doorbell still won't charge, it's possible that the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Nest customer support for further assistance.
