Nest battery cam , started showing offline, and low battery, connected to charger and no chime or white light, tried factory reset , now I get constant green light that goes out for ten seconds and comes back on , tried different charger cord and outlets, to no avail. Will not charge or connect in app or anything. Thnx

My suggestion--as another customer who has a battery camera--is to contact Support, starting with the link below, to determine whether you have a defective camera that needs replacing:
