Battery doorbell

Seem to be having problems mounting my camera. Had it about 6 months now won't click into place and to top button isn't sticking out anymore. Will google replace as I don't have original receipt

Contact Google Nest Support starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Have your serial number ready. They should be able to look up that your battery doorbell was activated within the last 6 months, which is well within the 1-year warranty period.

By the way, other customers in this forum have reported similar mounting issues with the new battery doorbell. There must be a design defect with the mounting mechanism.

Google been in touch. I'm returning doorbell when I get back from holiday and they are going to replace if doorbell is faulty.  Which it is!
