Battery doorbell

Today I had a issue occur where I can't hear people on my doorbell via my s21 5G, I also tried on my S22 5G. However my daughter has a S21 s is fine. I have deleted app reinstalled same issue. Any insight?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Is this the first time that this has happened after you installed it? Have you checked if your Android software is updated? Have you tried restarting your phone?

everything is up to date. It's happened before also

@Rob80, we appreciate your update. We would recommend you to restart your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router to refresh their connection. Also, how far is your Nest Doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? Let us know your update here.

It's not a wifi issue I have a mesh (hardwired backhaul)in home with a access point less then 6ft away. This is audio issue

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, have you restarted your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router? You may also restart your mobile phone. Also, when you said that it's fine on your daughter's phone, are you able to hear the people speaking to your Nest Doorbell? Let me know how it goes.
