Battery issue

Try to charge battery but it shows it is not connecting anf off network. What is the solution?

Is this the first time you've tried to charge the battery on your battery camera? Is the charging cord plugged into the bottom of the camera with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? When you plug in the charging cord, does the status light pulse white while charging? And when fully charged, does it change to a solid white light?
