I had new internet installed in my home. I have gone through all the help online including resetting my cameras, totally uninstalling them, my address and removing and reinstalling the home software. I cannot get my cameras or the home app to ask me anything about the network. It has a new name and same password. Anyone have any idea how I can get these to work? Seems to pass right over it in the setup. And the network settings are not in the settings section as the help states. I cannot find the network/wifi name anywhere Thanks!

Did you perform a "factory reset" on your battery cameras (see the instructions in the Help topic below, after the "Restart" instructions) by pressing the reset button for at least 12 seconds until you got the responses that are described there?
