My doorbell (battery) the indicator is not lit when charging , is it battery problem?

I have already replace cable and adapter, it also no work.

Does your doorbell seem to turn on at all? If so, when it's fully charged, does it announce to you that it's ready?

Can you see the battery percentage of your doorbell on the Google Home app?
