Are you talking about the infinity symbol that displays inside a circle under "Plugged in" under Settings | Battery in the Google Home app for the battery camera? If so, that's normal when the battery camera is plugged in with the optional power cable. That's how ours shows, and we've had it for 3 years now. We can't see a battery percentage unless we unplug the camera.
