Battery runs out, even when connected to the old buzzer cable.
I have tried to use my doorbell on battery only - it was supposed to last 6 months, but apparently I have over 200 people pass by my gate each day. The battery runs out in 4 days.
I had to connect my old buzzer low voltage cable, but even when it is connected the battery runs out, in about 10 days. It charges the battery so slow!
Is there anything I can do about it?
Can I increase the voltage to speed up the charging? I think it is connected to a 12 volts transformer...

Maybe your transformer needs to be upgraded. Many customers in this forum, including us, have upgraded to 16V 30 VA transformers to get our 1st gen and 2nd gen Google Nest doorbells to work. I don't know if that will help with your battery doorbell. We have 1st gen Nest Hello Doorbells; I've seen too many negative comments about the battery doorbell in this forum.
