Being booted off the app and web page...

When I use either my iPhone or my Macbook Pro I have issues connecting to my cameras. I can access them but when I click the camera I want to view I am logged out and asked to log in again. This is a constant issue on all my Apple products. This is a new issue, is anyone else experiencing this issue? This is a concern as I am not able to view them and it has erased my history as well when I am logged out. 
Feeling frustrated because my daughters 50.00 cameras she has are far more superior than the ones I have paid over $1000.00 for and can not access them properly. HELP!!!!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far? Try reinstalling your Nest app or Google Home app from your mobile phone and your web browser from your Macbook Pro. Don't forget to restart your Nest Camera, iPhone and Macbook Pro. Let us know how it goes.
