I have two nest cameras that had issues after we had some work done to our Internet and changes modems. I removed them from my Google Home and Nest apps after trying multiple things. I have reset them and I have factory reset them until they’re blinking blue and I go through the whole process of adding them and get to the end where it says an error occurred. This happens with both of them. I bought two new nest cameras, which are now hooked up no problem because I can’t figure out how to fix these two. I have looked online. I find this whole thing very frustrating and getting very frustrating especially because they’re costly and I’ve had to replace them. I would like these two original ones working again as well. Has anyone had any results or any one from Google or Nest reach out with a solution.
