Hello working perfectly OK but without secondary bell/chime.

Upon installing a 12volt chime coupled to bell push of Hello, when the button push is activated the chime operates with a single chime but afterwards the chime activator (the little hammer that oscillates between the two chime bars simply oscillates at hgh speed without actually touching the chime bars.

Have you connected the chime connector that comes with the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, and is it wired correctly?
