Black Screws Replacement

Hi. The workers at my house lost one of the black terminal screws on my nest hello wired doorbell. Where can I get a replacement? Is this something that Nest provides?

Google Nest does not sell spare parts. It seems that Support sometimes provides replacements if you are under the 1-year warranty; you can reach them with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

It might be easier to just take your Nest Hello and the screw to your local hardware store and have them find a screw that matches.
