Why was this topic locked?
This issue has not been fixed. You didn’t even answer why it was happening or that a patch was made to fix the problem.
We all pay plenty of money for the service. How about we fix the problem before locking discussion threads that are not resolved.
Can you escalate this know and previously reported issue so that it can be properly resolved?

sadly my fellow user Google will not admit it’s an issue. They push the blame back on us. There have been zero updates on the integration to the Home app as well. Sadly Google never should have purchased Nest

Hey folks,
I just wanted to apologize that we closed your thread sooner than you would have liked. We as Community Specialists are primarily here to moderate these Community Forums. Part of that role requires us to close and lock threads if there is limited, to no activity. It is not required for the issue to be resolved for the thread to be locked and closed. I understand that this process may be frustrating, but Community Specialists are still required via our title, to manage our communities this way.

There was activity… mine and others… a week ago. Locking the thread isn’t the answer.
What is the status of this issue? When will it be fixed? And will we be given a credit for the lack of functionality that we pay for?

On Friday (5/24) on the locked thread, you said "We are still investigating this issue, and will update y'all as soon as we have an update." Is there an update?

I have the same problem. Why isn’t support figuring this out.
