Brand new Google Nest Cam with floodlight 1 light bulb not working

I purchased a brand new Google Nest Cam with floodlight a few weeks ago. I had to get an electrician to install it. When the power was turned on only the light on the right is working. Nothing in the control turns on the left light.

It's a pain to get another electrician out to disconnect it, return it, and then install a new one. Is there any info on how to fix a single faulty light? Or does the whole unit have to be replaced? Does Google cover the electrician cost in this situations? It's setting me back a lot of $$ since I need to call out the electrician 3 times if the entire unit needs to be replaced (Installation, removal, installation the 2nd time).

I can't find any information on how to replace / fix a single broken light. This unit is also brand new....

Wow,, that is a bummer.   This is just a user forum so I don't know how much help you will get here.  Typically something like that is not user-replaceable.

I would suggest you open a formal case with with Google so you are talking to the write people to see what if anything they can do for you.  Here is the link:

Good luck and please return to this thread and let everyone know how this gets resolved.
