Camera and migrating accounts

Can't get Google account going; used to have Nest app but can't open now or miigrate; any leads for a service person in Marin County CA

You may need to speak with a Nest Service Tech on the phone about this.  Here is the link to open a support ticket and once you have answered the questions there is button that lets you speak with a human.  I believe it is monitored 24/7

@HAR1, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, are you seeing any error codes or messages? Have you tried signing in to https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU website? Try reinstalling your Nest app and sign in again or use a different mobile phone. Let us know how it goes.
