Camera not shooting live

I set it by outdoor nest camera a couple days ago, I set my camera on live and that's the reason I have nest, I also have ring cameras as well. The reason I keep my nest is because of the live video. Today a delivery man dropped off a box on my doorstep. I went to retrieve the Box brought it inside and opened up my box and then was looking at the contents then I glanced at my live camera and notice the video was of the Box still sitting outside. This means I was not getting live video. Honestly, I was feeling scammed Google. Why was it not showing live video?

• Are you trying to view the live feed through the Google Home app or the Nest app?

• Has the Nest camera successfully displayed a live feed in the past?

• Do you have a Nest Aware subscription?

• How strong is the Wi-Fi signal in the area where the camera is located?

• When you walk in front of the camera, what happens? Do you experience a delay, or does the live video fail to appear altogether?
