Mine too. The only guidance I see is to reset. But my doorbell cam is working fine. Obviously,  it's not the wifi.

Have you tried shutting off the power and putting it back on after a minute or so?

Also, you could have connection problems of your camera to your wifi; the connection could be indered by obstruction in the house materials, ...

That is, the power to your camera.

Mine do this constantly for varying amounts of time. One fix I've found is to run a charge cable to them and leave it connected for 1-30 minutes. This sort of wakes them up. If they already have constant charge disconnect and reconnect. This has had varying results over the last 18 months but definitely has success most times. Once they're awake again i soft reset the modem.

Hello everyone,

@atrans99, how's it going with your Nest Camera? Were you able to make them online? In case you have an update, you know where to find us.

@Anonymous, thanks for reaching out. Battery charge time depends on several factors, including ambient temperature and the state and condition of the battery. The battery won't charge at temperatures below 32°F (0°C), and will only charge slowly at temperatures close to freezing. Also, for Nest Doorbell (battery), typical: It takes approximately five hours to fully charge the battery using a compatible 7.5W AC adapter (sold separately). Hit this link for more information.

Emerson

If you read the thread its about cameras being offline not charging or charge times... This forum is pathetic and the so called experts are laughable with their generic replies that never solve anything... Maybe read the thread next time yeah
