I have tried to work with support the minute they learnt it was out of warranty they said I need to discard it. The camera works fine whenever I try to reboot and reconfigure. But the minute I put it on the mount . Get an error message saying Device off - device unmounted. I tried a new base plate but to no avail . Sucks that the device would die just in a year and change.please help it is frustrating

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. What type of Nest Camera do you have? Have you tried to follow this troubleshooting device unmounted guide? And are you able to send us the case ID from your conversation with support? If you can provide that here, I'll look it up and see how I can continue to help.

41054314 is the case number. I am using nest battery powered camera. I have tried the guide and all other suggested steps
