Camera offline

Camera went off yesterday lunchtime. Tried turning the power off, waited 30 seconds and turned it back on. Turned off in app, waited 30 seconds turned back on. Restarted router.

Upper bandwidth consistently over 5mbs, only a couple of other WiFi devices, Usually very reliable.

Other than a factory reset is there another option?

Sounds like either the power supply has gone bad, or the cable has gone bad or the camera itself has malfunctioned.    How old is it?   From what I can tell mine seem to last 3-5 years.   I have been replacing them with used cams from eBay since the new cameras from Nest do not work with the NEST app.

Had my NEW Nest Cam for two years then the battery wouldn't hold a charge and would shut off. After following the recommended factory reset I couldn't reconnect the camera. Called support and they said sorry your camera is out of warranty. I have DROPCAM/NESTCAM cameras that are 10 years old and still work to this day!!!! Be careful paying the monthly/annual service, the new products seem to break.
