Do you have the qr codes to your cameras? First make sure your cameras are connected to the same network as your device. You can factory reset them through the Google home app. If that doesn't work you'll have to remove the cameras from your home network and reset your cameras manually!
First and foremost I would suggest contacting whoever your security provider is to guide you through the process! Because they can access your cameras and restore them most of the time.
