One of my nest outdoor cameras has packed up. Ive checked voltage from 240v plug to the round junction box but not geting a reading downstream. Also no green light showing on camera

Ive read that you can test the camera and lead part by connecting (usb) to a PC. Due to my installation could i bring a usb charger (powered) to-the camera and acheive the same result

If it is of any help ive checked my modem settings and the camera is not showing on the wireless settings. Im minded to think that the camera is u/s ?
