Camera reset

I have a camera that was set up to an account I can no longer access.  I tried resetting with a paper clip but when I scan the QR code I still get message that it is connected to another account.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about that. Let's see what we can do.

 

A few questions — what type of Nest Camera do you have? Do you have a family member on the account? 

 

Google Nest has put safeguards in place to help protect user data and devices. If you have a family member on the account, you can have them remove the Nest Camera so you can add it to your desired email or have your new email added.
