Camera set up

My Nest camera hasn’t been used for a few months.  
When I restart Nest it informs me that the camera is connected to another account. 
I bought 2 cameras new.  

It also suggests i ask the previous owner to delete them from their account.

I can’t set it up ! Thanks. John.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the type of Nest camera you have? Also, what's the status light of your camera?
