Camera view scrolls when phone turns horizontal

My Nest camera works great on my Google phone but when I turn it horizontal, it starts to scroll like I lost connection.  I can try rotate other apps and pictures on my phone.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Could you please provide the model of your Nest camera? 
  • Does this happen with all Nest cameras you own, or only a specific one (if you have more than one)?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app to view your camera feed? Is the app up to date?
  • Does this issue occur on both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections?
  • Have you tried restarting your phone since the issue started?
