Camera wired 2nd generation won’t set up

I am trying to set up my Google indoor wired 2nd generation cameras. I already have 3 Nest protects (fire alarms) set up. I live in the Bahamas but my Google address is set to Florida (or it won’t work). Everytime I try and set up the cameras I get the message to connect with my other devices in my home (so I click yes because I have the Nest Protects set up)  - when I click that option it says “contact the owner” (all the cameras are brand new from the Google store), when I click to set up a new network it says “something went wrong”. Not sure what I can do to get them to set up.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I know the struggles when you can't add your Nest devices with the app, so we'll go ahead and see what we can do. To know more about this, I'd like to ask if you're going to set up your new Nest Cameras in the same home structure where your Nest Protects are added? What is the address you provided when you add your Nest Protects? In case your Nest Protects were added with your Florida address and you're trying to add your new Nest Cameras while in the Bahamas, it won't work. You'll need to create a new home structure with your Bahamas address and add your new Nest Cameras there. Let us know how it goes.
