It is plugged I have Wi-Fi and it is showing a green light. I have unplugged for 10seconds and that doesn’t work.

What exactly is happening? Did your camera just quit working or are you trying to install it? What error messages or other conditions have you encountered? Do you have a 1st gen (Google Nest app) or 2nd gen (Google Home app) indoor camera?
