After being forced into upgrading to a Google login my existing camera won't connect. It says connected to another account. Duh, that is me, my old nest account. You should have known that as part of the conversion!!!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Have you gone through the migration process already? Are you sure you are using the same login information in the Google Home app?
