Hi- have a wireless outdoor mounted camera. Was working fine for about a month. Suddenly turned off. Cannot turn it back on. Tried resetting camera. Tried returning to factory settings. Now cannot even reconnect camera to the network. Have another camera with no issues. Searched through this platform cannot find a resolution

A steady white light is supposed to mean the camera's battery is fully charged (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9268073?hl=en&sjid=7377296836153994075-NA#zippy=%2Cgoog...), so that seems a good sign.
When you tried the factory reset, did it go through the factory reset cycle (blinking yellow light at 10 seconds, solid yellow light at 12 seconds, and a confirmation tone)? (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en-CA&sjid=7377296836153994075-NA#zippy=%2Cn...)
If you simply can't get it to factory reset, you could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post:

What happens when you dismount it and plug it in to charge it? You should get a pulsing white status light when it is charging.

The factory reset on the camera was exactly what it needed. Thank you!
